Best foods to include in your diet to improve energy 

Bananas: Are an excellent source of vitamins and healthy sugars which can give the body a quick boost in energy. We recommend pairing bananas with a fat and protein source to help it burn more slowly in the body.

Eggs:  Eggs are packed with protein specifically the amino acid Leucine which helps the body absorb blood sugar boosting energy. They are also packed with Vitamin B!

Oatmeal: Provides long lasting energy. Great to pair with Bananas for a vitamin rich energy fueled breakfast.

Yogurt: Yogurt which is packed with protein and sugars. This combo allows for quick but maintainable energy! 

Avocados: Avocados are amazing! They are full of healthy fats which are stored energy and they have Vitamin B the energy vitamin! 

Strawberries: Are good carbs and packed with vitamin C!

Seeds: High in Omega-3s which helps to fight inflammation and fatigue. Healthy fat which allows for stored energy potential. 

Oranges: Packed full of Vitamin C and antioxidants which fights fatigue! 

Apples: Apples are high in natural sugars which causes a spike in energy but partner with their high fiber content and it burns more slowly.

Salmon: Is a great source of protein, fatty acids, and B Vitamins. 

Sweet Potato: Packed full of vitamins and carbs to offer a quick boost in energy, great paired with Salmon for a complete energy packed lunch!

Lentils: Are one of the best plant based protein sources because they also include iron!

Brown Rice: Helps to regulate blood sugar for a continual energy level, brown rice is also full of fiber and magnesium. Magnesium helps the body break down carbohydrates and protein to create energy. 

Quinoa: A plant based complete protein and a grain! It is super food! 

Edamame: Low in calories and packed full of proteins, fiber, and carbohydrates! It is also high in Magnesium making it a healthy source of energy.
